He has been teaching the postgraduate course "health service marketing" for a long time. He has been employed by the dean's class of Peking University, Tsinghua University, Renmin University of China and other universities for a long time. He has been widely recognized by the presidents of domestic hospitals and has a certain industry influence.

He served as a member of the Professional Committee for the training of hospital presidents of the talent exchange and service center of the Ministry of health, a member of the expert committee of China Life Care Association, and vice president of the Internet branch of China Health Promotion Association.

He has published Monographs on hospital management, such as hospital service marketing and service management, intensive lectures on hospital cases, inspirational prose collections, where life does not bloom, poetry collections, bright eyes, novels, a place and fake drugs.

1. From 2006 to 2008: China's drug pricing mechanism research. Vertical, project leader, National Development and Reform Commission bidding project with project funding of 350,000.

2. From 2013 to 2015: The construction of the hospital service system. Horizontally, project leader, and the project funding was 350,000.

3. From 2017.1 to 2019.12: The use of the Internet in regional network medical construction. Horizontal, project leader, most of the project has been completed, and the project funding is 1.2 million.

4. Chengjiang Hospital of Sun Yat sen University is planning for the construction, operation and management. The project is completed from July 1, 2021 to September 15, 2021. The project fund is 580000. The person in charge of the horizontal consulting project has been concluded.
